Step 7: Frying the Frybread

  1. Carefully add one piece of dough to the hot oil. Fry it until it turns a beautiful golden brown, which takes about a minute on each side. The cooking time may vary depending on how hot the oil is.

Step 8: Draining and Serving

  1. Once the frybread is done frying, remove it from the oil and let it drain on paper towels. This helps remove any excess oil.

 Pljeskavice od sočiva (posno)

Pljeskavice su jako ukusne - možete jesti samo njih uz salatu, poslužiti sa krompir pireom ili napraviti sendvič...
Potrebno je:
400 g crvenog sočiva
160 g crnog luka
3 kašičice suvog biljnog začina
2 kašičice dimljene aleve paprike
1 kašičica belog luka u granulama
1 kašičica kurkume
1 kašičica origana
1 kašika kečapa
1 kašika senfa
70 g integralnog pšeničnog brašna
Priprema:
1. Sočivo staviti u dublju šerpu, preliti ga sa dosta vode (zato što nabubri...) i ostaviti preko noći. Sutradan ga dobro ocediti i izblendati. Mleveno sočivo staviti u vanglicu, dodati sitno iseckani crni luk i sve navedene sastojke (ukoliko ne možete da pronađete dimljenu alevu papriku zamenite je sa običnom). Dobro rukom umesiti smesu da se svi sastojci sjedine. Poklopiti vanglicu i ostaviti u frižider jedan sat.
2. U tiganj sa nelepljivim dnom sipati ulje i staviti da se zagreje. Izvaditi vanglicu iz frižidera, kašikom zahvatati smesu i oblikovati pljeskavice. Spuštati ih na zagrejano ulje i pržiti na srednjoj temperaturi. Kada donja strana porumeni pomoću dve viljuške ih polako okrenuti da se zarumeni i druga strana. Pržene pljeskavice vaditi na kuhinjski ubrus da upije višak masnoće.

400g svinjskog karea
Obavezno oko 200-250g suvog mesa, ja sam stavila domaca suva rebra
1 kesa mesavine za djuvec (400g-paradajz, sargarepa, boranija, grasak i paprika)
Časa od 3dl pirinča
Biber, so, zacin-dodatak jelima, svez persun
Glavica crnog luka
4-5 cenova belog luka (sitnijeg)
Prodinstati na maslinovom ulju crni luk, dodati mu kare, na kraju i beli luk...kad se proprzi, vrlo kratko, usuti i kesu mesavine za djuvec. Dodati vode, ja sam 2l..ali racinajte da ja kuvam u expres loncu...zaciniti po zelji i staviti da se kuva.
Kada je povrce i meso skuvano dodati mu pirinac, ja koristim onaj dugog zrna. Kada je skoro pa skuvan, presuti u pleh, pa zapeci nekih 15-20min u rerni na 210C.
Ko zeli, odozgo moze da narenda par listova parmigiano reggiano sira ili obicnog parmezana iz kesice, moze malo rukole, par čeri paradajza.
